Meet our Christian Consultant

Dr. Gwendolyn Solomon is a Christian counselor with over 20+ years of experience working with youth. She has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Albany State University. In the following years, she earned a B.S, M.S., and Ph. D. in Pastoral Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia. Her journey began as an elementary school teacher in 1988. Her late husband, Rev. Dr. Edmund Solomon, for 37 years demonstrated love for Christ and others daily. Together they ministered and fostered neglected and abandoned youth for 15 years through King's Home and Grace House ministries. They provided shelters and access to resources for victims of domestic abuse and those experiencing homelessness.

"God can make a way when we cannot see one for ourselves. There was a time in my life when I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure of where to turn, but God placed this organization in my path at exactly the right moment. What they do is more than simply provide assistance—it touches lives, restores hope, and allows people to experience the love of Christ in a very real way. I will always be thankful for the blessing they have been in my life, and I pray that God continues to strengthen and prosper this organization so they can continue being a light and blessing to others. "

Through their love, support, prayers, and commitment to serving others, I have been reminded that God is always present, even during the most difficult seasons. Their willingness to help, encourage, and pour into people without judgment has been a true blessing and a reflection of Christ’s love. Because of this organization, I have experienced renewed hope, greater faith, and a stronger desire to continue trusting God. "
